Below Observations and recommendations does take into account her cognitive Challenges.  It is based exclusively on the psychometric analysis, Interest, Personality and aptitude etc.   Salient features are as follow

Observations

Asvika Sunil is student with average intelligence and having extremely high interest in creativity and fashion designing including styling and accessory designing. She enjoys showmanship and like to be in the limelight and appreciation. She is highly extrovert, Futuristic and sensitive for others. She is highly observant and curious to know about different things. She is very energetic to do something great in life and is not scared to take challenges. She is excellent communicator and very popular and friendly. 

Career Choice options

Recommendation

  It is observed  and  opined that Asvika would not enjoy the careers and subjects which would involve lot of theories but  hands on activities with creativity . It is recommended that the top most choice for her to take Fashion Designing in UG with specialisation may be in styling. She can also look into specialisation in accessory designing.  She can very well decide the area of specialisation as mentioned above in PG since by that time she would be having more exposure and understanding of her real interest and career choices. It is to be noted that most of the    careers  mentioned above except Culinary  art and can be pursued after UG in Fashion designing/ Accessory  designing.

Please be informed that Asvika is very bright and highly creative student who can excel in her career of interest in any field. But shall be given all extra support which must have been recommended in the Cognitive/ Educational Evaluation report. Otherwise, it would be a big challenge for her to cope up with pace of learning along with others.  Once again, I mention that without extra support it would be very difficult for her to take up the studies in a normal way and would not be a justice to her when law and rules allows her to be eligible for every facility as per the challenge being faced by her

He is also a freelancer Consultant for many industries for overall Operational Improvement.

He has also given many presentations on various topics related to “Operational Improvements” at the national and international forums and seminars.
